Ubi Sunt Paris Pret-a-Porter 2018
At the end of 2017, the founders of luxury fashion label, Ubi Sunt, approached me with a question… Would I be interested in turning their vision into reality at the next Pret-A-Porter, Paris Fashion Week?
Watch the video documenting the production below…

Founders and designers Aidin Sanati & Moa Wikman wanted to evoke a surveillance camera esthetic on a video wall installation during the busy Pret-a-Porter Fashion Week in Paris.
With only 9 weeks to go to the unveiling of their debut womens collection and numerous other challenges I nevertheless immediately said yes.
We decided to shoot the lookbook and shoot the video at the same time in Stockholm just 7 short days the whole project was to be presented to the world in Paris. This, of course, put a lot of pressure on me since I also had taken on the role as the producer of the project.
As usual Spring Studios in Stockholm provided an excellent and very personalized shooting experience and during the two days of shooting and video filming we covered about 28 looks.
The Hair and Make-Up was expertly done by my longtime collaborator Tony Lundström. And our model was beautiful Matilda S. represented by Mika’s.
It also meant that the video material that we shot on 10 different video cameras, needed to be edited together and coordinated to be shown on a 9 screen video wall.
There was absolutely no way for me to simultaneously preview and edit the 9 different feeds, in their proper place on the wall, so I had to trust me pre-visualisation skills for the timing of the material.
